Israel's largest insurance, pensions and finance group, Clal Group chooses Dynasec for Compliance



Dynasec Ltd., a global provider of an integrated GRC (governance, risk management and compliance) software platform announced today that Clal Holdings Group, Israel's largest insurance, pensions and finance group has chosen easy2comply™ to automate their new internal control compliance process based on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
Clal Group investigated several compliance and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions before they ultimately selected easy2comply™. The easy2comply™ solution will be implemented for all the many companies that make up the Clal Group including insurance, pensions and other financial companies in the group.

Clal Group is currently investigating additional easy2comply™ modules to help manage parallel GRC processes such as Operational Risk/Solvency II, IT security compliance, general compliance with the local regulator and Internal Audit management.
