Mati Ram
CEO & Founder
Mati Ram founded Dynasec Ltd. following more than 15 years as a Risk and IT Specialist.  After noticing the deficiencies in traditional solutions for managing risk and compliance processes, Mati offered the GRC market a state of the art software solution of his own.  Mr. Ram has held several senior management positions in the global hi-tech market.  Mati holds a B.A. degree in statistics and computer science and an M.B.A. degree.
Assaf Frank Assaf Frank
VP Research & Development
Assaf Frank has been managing, designing and developing enterprise software applications for the past 10 years. He leads the easy2comply software development for the past 5 years. Assaf holds a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
Yaniv Toledano Yaniv Toledano
VP Professional Services
Yaniv Toledano has been working in the field of information security risk management and compliance since 2000. He has been working with large banks and insurance companies in the field of operational risk management and information security and has expertise in the field of Sarbanes Oxley, Internal Audit and BCM. Yaniv holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Financial Risks Management.

Jeremy Kaye has been working in the field of risk management and compliance since 1998. He has amassed knowledge over the last decade from leading international companies including Raft International, Fitch Risk, and Algorithmics. Jeremy has a BSc in Psychology (Statistics).

Inside Sales Director
Born and raised in Paris, Corinne has worked in Canada and the US, bringing to Dynasec 16 years of experience in the field of International Sales and Technical Support. Corinne previously held several key positions in public and startup companies in the software industry. She led both an International Technical Support activity for Europe and North America, and later, led a European Inside Sales team providing lead generation to EMEA Regional Sales offices.

A native New Yorker, Alan is a multilingual sales professional who has done extensive business with large and small organizations worldwide throughout his 30-year career. He has held senior international sales and marketing positions in a number of high-tech companies. Alan has a B.Sc. (in what) and an M.Sc. in Business.

Gidi Farkash is the company's product visionary. He has been working in the field of GRC since 2000 and has a specialization in information security. He has worked on major projects including ISO27001, Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, and Operational Risk Management with clients across the globe.

Marketing Manager
Prior to joining Dynasec, Natasha held a management position covering advertising & marketing solutions operation. Due to her extensive experience, Natasha brings to Dynasec an up-to-date knowledge of various Internet Marketing methods. Natasha's unique vision has brought innovative marketing strategies and optimized the company international exposure, significantly. Natasha holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services and Statistics.
Shay Gonen
Financial Controller
Shay Gonen is responsible for the company’s financial matters. This includes financial reports as well as administration. His experience includes various key positions in the finance departments of different companies. Shay serves as a Financial Controller for number of start-up companies and branches of international organizations. Shay holds a Bachelor of Economic and Accounting and MBA degree in Public and Internal Auditing.
