Direct Insurance IDI Undergoes SOX compliance using Dynasec.

Yokneam, Israel - March 15, 2008 - Dynasec Ltd., a global provider of an integrated GRC (governance, risk management and compliance) software platform announced today that Direct Insurance has selected Dynasec Enterise platform to manage their Sarbanes Oxley ongoing compliance.

Besides looking for a software application that was quick to deployment and easy to use, Direct Insurance was interested in a solution that could also be expanded to automate their future Solvency II and Fraud Risk Management processes.
