After noticing the deficiencies in traditional solutions for managing risk and compliance processes, Mati offered the GRC market a state of the art software solution of his own. Mr. Ram has held several senior management positions in the global hi-tech market. Mati holds a B.A. degree in statistics and computer science and an M.B.A. degree. |

Irit Ben-Dov is responsible for all the financial and operational matters of the company. Prior to joining Dynasec, for the past 7 years, Irit held the position of CFO in a traded global company. Prior to that she worked in Ernst & Young, one of the four big accountant firms. Irit is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA degree. |
