Letter to Customers

Dear Customers,

I take great pleasure in announcing to you today that Dynasec Ltd. is being fully acquired by Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP).

Check Point is the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, sells to tens of thousands of customers of all sizes, including all Fortune and Global 100 companies.

Since early 2004, we have focused and provided solutions to manage and merge the two worlds of business processes and compliance requirements. Our vision was always to take this beyond documentation and move into the world of enforcement. Check Point’s 3D Security strategy is perfectly aligned with where we want to take easy2comply. GRC Managers will still manage their compliance requirements using the easy2comply functionality; however with Check Point, you will be able to translate corporate and compliance polices into IT security rules and settings allowing automatic control testing.

Check Point recently announced the 3D Security strategy, 3D Security uniquely combines policy, people and enforcement for greater protection of information and helps organizations implement security that aligns with business needs.

The new deal announced today will enable customers to manage their entire security process under the 3D security, starting from corporate objectives, to the policies, all the way to the security enforcement, maintaining a continuous holistic security and compliance picture.

Check Point is fully committed to the ongoing development of easy2comply and continuing to support our existing customers and projects. Dynasec employees will continue working and will transition over to Check Point. The transaction is expected to close within the next month.

On a personal level, I am pleased also to inform you that I will be heading the GRC business group within Check Point. As part of my new role, I will be managing and developing the GRC department, and I will be responsible for Check Point’s ongoing practices in the GRC market. I am very excited with the new opportunities before me and I look forward to extending our relationship further as we continue to work together.
