Calibration
Designed to increase production, optimize resources, and ensure consistency by establishing the relationship between a measuring device and the units of measure. This is done by comparing a device or the output of an instrument to a standard of known accuracy.
Certificate of Compliance
A written statement, certifying that a product meets the customer’s specifications. (often used for products being shipped)
Common Data Repository
1) A location where data is stored & maintained for future retrieval.
2) A place where multiple databases, or files are made accessible over a network.
3) A computer location that is directly accessible to a user without having to travel across a network
Complaint tracking
Collecting customer complaints for the purpose of resolving issues and monitoring the resolution's success.
