Dynasec customer Jerusalem Bank expands solution to include both Operational Risk management for Basel II and SOX.

Yokneam Israel – February15, 2008 – Dynasec Ltd., a global provider of an integrated GRC (governance, risk management and compliance) software platform announced today that Dynasec customer Jerusalem Bank has expanded its solution to include both Operational Risk management for Basel II and SOX.

One year ago Jerusalem Bank implemented Dynasec software to manage their Sarbanes Oxley process. Based on the positive experience with Dynasec software capabilities, their Operational Risk department decided to expand their Dynasec platform to include the Operational Risk Management (ORM) module to comply with Basel II.
Unlike SOX that focuses on managing internal controls to mitigate financial statement risk, The ORM software provides Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA), KRI identification, Loss Event Capture, Remediation action planning and rich management reporting.
