David Assia
Chairman
David Assia is a co-founder of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. and Mashov Computers Ltd. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Magic Software. From 1983 to 1996, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Magic Software. He is also a member of the boards of directors of Radview Software Ltd, Babylon Ltd. and the Weizmann Institute of Science. David holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.

Mati Ram
CEO
As a risk and IT professional, Mati personally experienced the difficulties of traditional solutions for managing risk and compliance processes and founded Dynasec to offer the GRC market a state of the art software solution. Mati Ram has over 12 years of expertise in the field of risk management and compliance. He has held several senior management positions in the global hi-tech market. Mati has a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics and Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Haifa.

Mark Geffryes
UK Country Manager
Mark has worked for 25 years as a Sales and Marketing professional for large international IT companies and entrepreneurial start-ups in Europe and North America. With a broad market focus he has experience developing business and managing teams to deliver new technology. Mark trained as an accountant and his early career included consulting and technical roles. Mark is a member of the IFA.

Assaf Frank
Director of Research & Development
Assaf Frank has been managing, designing and developing enterprise software applications for the past 10 years. He leads the easy2comply software development for the past 5 years. Assaf holds a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
