Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming leads (internet and other)
2. Originate phone calls to prospective customers based on lists and campaigns
3. Originates phone calls to existing customers in order to generate interest in growth (modules, users, etc.)
4. In all cases, pre-qualify and prioritize leads
5. As relevant, send relevant additional information, schedule web-demo, onsite visit, etc.
6. Manage and document lead management process using Salesforce.com and communicate with appropriate internal parties at Dynasec on lead activity.
7. Utilize emails to send mass and/or customized messages to customers

This is a performance-based position making high volumes of outbound phone calls.

Requirements:

• Sales experience a plus but desire to be in sales is most important. Customer Service experience is also a plus.
• Must be very comfortable making high volumes of phone calls and dealing with gatekeepers and voicemails.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skill with potential and existing high-value corporate customers.
• Native English speakers only
• Additional languages nice to have
• Must be goal oriented and driven to perform.
• Must be comfortable navigating websites and using PC applications (Excel, Word).
