Phoenix Insurance selects Dynasec integrated platform to manage both Operational Risk and SOX

Yokneam, Israel - April 7, 2008 - Dynasec Ltd., a global provider of an integrated GRC (governance, risk management and compliance) software platform announced today that Phoenix Insurance has chosen Dynasec to manage its parallel Operational Risk and Sarbanes Oxley compliance processes.

After studying a number of GRC vendor options, Phoenix opted for Dynasec. Phoenix emphasized the cost and efficiency benefits of selecting a vendor that can allow the Finance and Risk Management departments to work independently with different deadlines, while enabling integration of many common processes.
